Core Body Pilates

I have tried EVERY pilates studio in the East Valley and none compare to this studio!!! The instructors are welcoming, help with modifications(i have lower back issues sometimes), class flies by! EVERY CLASS IS DIFFERENT... Even if it's the same instructor, the class is different so you're always getting a great workout! I wont go anywhere else!!!

I'm so happy I found this studio on Mindbody. At first I was thinking it would be crazy to have to wake up at 4 to make it on time for the 5 a.m. class but it was totally worth it. The teacher was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable with how the equipment work throughout the whole class. Her studio is clean and well-lit and the equipment is new and works great. There are mirrors throughout the class so you can watch your form and she also sells some cute clothing at the front. You don't have to show up too early as it look like most people arrived about five minutes before but if you are early you can definitely use that time to stretch. During the class the teacher played a lot of fun songs which I enjoyed and it helped keep it upbeat. The teacher was able to encourage everyone and I love seeing that. She also walked around to make sure we were doing the correct form; I thought that was very helpful. Kudos, love this studio.

Best Pilates and the owner is truly a beautiful person inside and out. Her personality and positivity is contagious. I enjoy going to class, the time flies by and I feel the burn. The cost is affordable too! A must try and buy!

Awesome instructors. And classes are progressive, so even someone with no pilates experience and totally out of shape can enjoy a full body workout at their own fitness level.
